"Not bad but DON't order steak!"

I went with the family for lunch here today, some of the meals weren't too bad but I ordered the rib-eye steak (my favourite!) and asked for it to be 'rare'. When it was served it was completely cooked through...(not even 'medium' never mind 'rare'!) When I complained the quite abrupt 'cook' (she was definitely NOT a chef) advised me that it was rare! (she said you could tell by the small amount of blood floating on the top of it and on the plate!!). She offered to replace it so I waited (while everyone else finished their meals). When my second meal arrived it was even more over-cooked! (not even any blood on the plate or floating on the top!) I decided to give up at this point as I was hungry, and ate it, but came away very disappointed... Can't recommend the food or the service - the cook was rather rude in fact, and I won't be going back!.
